If you are not carrying much luggage then you can even opt to walk as well, it will hardly take you 5 to 10 minutes.

And you can go to Paris Gare de Lyon from Paris Gare du Nord to reach Berne. Metro tickets can be bought at any of the UK Eurostar Terminals and onboard. You can also take RER Line D or catch a bus or taxi.
